We do not offer any returns or refunds.
If your package is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot.
An unboxing video is mandatory with the original packaging for claims related to missing products, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect products. Please contact the customer care team on +91-97177 10792 or write to us on care@nisarabeauty.com if the order is marked as delivered and is not received by the customer within 48 hours of the product being marked delivered. No refunds shall be made after this period.
As we do not have a refund policy, please note that if your item is damaged, you will receive a replacement only. We will inspect the returned item and inform you if the replacement has been approved. If approved, a replacement product will be sent to you at no additional cost.
An opened or used product cannot be reused or resold, the items cannot be returned to the seller once delivered.
